The website presents Albenoir Studio, selected work, services, working methods, and ways to discuss a possible project.

Project inquiries

Submitting the project form asks Albenoir to review and potentially respond to the inquiry. A submission does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, guarantee acceptance, confirm a price, or form a binding agreement.

Albenoir may decline, ignore, or limit responses to submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the studio's current capacity.

Proposals and paid work

Intellectual property

The Albenoir name, branding, website design, original copy, illustrations, code presentation, and original website materials belong to Albenoir or are used with permission.

You may view the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, misrepresent, scrape for commercial reuse, or commercially exploit original Albenoir materials without permission.

Selected work and third-party marks

The website may present Luna Guest and other products or projects as selected work. Product names, screenshots, logos, and third-party marks remain subject to the rights and terms applicable to their respective owners.

A case study describes work and context for evaluation; it does not promise that another project will produce identical features, timing, cost, or results.
