This policy explains how Albenoir Studio handles information submitted through albenoir.com and its project inquiry form.

Information submitted through the project form
When the project form is active and you choose to submit it, Albenoir collects the information you provide so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.
- Request type and project stage
- Name and email address
- Business or organization name, when provided
- City and country, when provided
- WhatsApp number, when provided
- Website or existing product URL, when provided
- The description of the idea, workflow, or problem
- The language used for the submission
- Submission identifiers, timestamps, notification status, and related technical error records
Security and technical processing
Cloudflare serves the website and protects the project form with Turnstile. Cloudflare may process the visitor's IP address and request metadata while delivering the website and verifying the security challenge.
The Albenoir contact submission record is designed not to store the visitor's IP address. The website uses temporary browser session storage to preserve language and section navigation.
Albenoir does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising analytics on this website.
How the information is used

- To prepare questions, estimates, proposals, or project discussions when appropriate
- To protect the website and form against spam, fraud, and abuse
- To maintain reasonable business and technical records
Service providers
Albenoir uses Cloudflare for website delivery, security, Turnstile verification, Worker execution, and D1 storage. When email notification is enabled, Resend may process the notification message. Business correspondence may be handled through Zoho Mail once the Albenoir mailbox is activated.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and only receive the information needed to perform the relevant service.
Sharing and sale of information
Albenoir does not sell or rent information submitted through the project form. Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the website and communication systems, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or maintain security.
Retention
Project inquiries and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records, protect the website, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or anonymized.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
You may use the Contact page to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request a reasonable correction or deletion. Albenoir may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your own submission.

The website may link to independent products, case studies, websites, or service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
